1st Week

Complete onboarding (Slack, CRM, and call training).
Book 10 consultations by Day 5.

Weeks 2-3

Book 5+ consultations/day during your chosen hours
Follow up with every lead until they book or opt-out
Maintain a 70% show-up rate for booked calls

Ongoing

Hit €500+ weekly commissions while working 10-20 hours
Consistently communicate with the team in Slack
Get rewarded for performance, consistency, and reliability
